My name is Michael. I am 26 years old. I grew up in New Jersey. In 2015, I graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech) and majored in Computer Science. I have also studied in the School of Economics and Business Administration at Tallinn University of Technology.
I am a passionate programmer and designer at heart. Specialties include Android programming and Web front/back end development. In 2014, I created Free Pee, an Android app that lets you find free bathrooms nearby. In addition, I also created my own experimental social networking site (iQwerty) for fun (it's no longer running), and have also designed a website for the restaurant "Finocchio", which was a pioneer in online reservations and e-ordering in Taiwan.
In my spare time, I enjoy weight lifting, reading, listening to music, and playing the piano. I really like my piano. I own a multitude of Android devices, with daily drivers including the Samsung Galaxy S5 (rooted stock) as well as an Asus ZenPad Z580CA.
I am currently a software engineer for Google, and am working out of the Chicago office.
I worked as a quantitative software UI developer for Citigroup at The Yield Book. The Yield Book is a leading fixed-income analytics platform with a large worldwide following.
